Large kitchen with recessed lighting, large sink under bright window and fully stocked with dish sets, silverware, pots and pans, mixing bowls, pitchers, cups, wine glasses, mugs, Keurig & 12-cup Mr. Coffee machines, toaster, pantry items – everything needed to prepare meals. Electric stove/oven and over the range microwave, refrigerator with ice and water dispenser, dishwasher, and garbage disposal. Overlooks dining area with China cabinet and large table.
LIVING AREA:
Huge gathering place with comfortable couch, additional oversized chair, lounge chairs and cushioned furniture! Watch movies on the large, flat-screen Smart TV with DVD player, read books or play board games together in front of the wood burning fireplace. A small stationary desk and piano too. A double set of French doors provide direct access to front porch. Rear door leads to back sunroom.

FIREPLACE / WOODSTOVE – Available from October through April, please enjoy the TWO (2) indoor, wood burning fireplaces, one located in the living room and the other on the rear, screened-in sunroom. Wood stocked at the cottage too!
FREE PARKING! Four (4) off-street parking spaces and two (2) on-street parking permits provided. Please note, on-street parking by permit only. Any violation subject to penalty by fine/ticket issued by Cornwall Borough Police.
3-night minimum. 10% discount for stays 7 nights
Absolutely no smoking or campfires. All open flame outdoor burning is prohibited except in an approved grill for purposes of cooking.
Charging of battery electric vehicles (BEVs) or plug-in hybrid electric vehicles (PHEVs) at the cottage is not allowed.

MOUNT GRETNA LAKE & BEACH:
Eight miles of beach and mountain stream-fed lake featuring swimming with floating docks, over-water swings, kayak, canoe, tube & beach chair rentals, play area and snack bar. Beach access not included with cottage rental. The Lake is a popular attraction and has a daily capacity limit. To ensure access during your stay, purchase tickets in advance.

MINIMUM RENTAL AGE:
Penn Realty requires the primary renter to be at least 25 years old at the time of the stay.
QUIET HOURS:
Quiet Hours of 10 PM to 7 AM (Monday – Thursday), and 11 PM to 7 AM (Friday and Saturday) strictly enforced. All of Sunday is a “quiet day.”
