Jessica Kosoff

I love what I do. I especially love sharing my affinity for Mt. Gretna with future home buyers and when working with sellers, I understand the difficultly they have when deciding to leave our community.
You see, I was born in Mt. Gretna. I’ve lived here my entire life (save my time in college). Mt. Gretna is a very special place. As a child, I roamed freely, riding my bike, or walking on our storybook streets. Building forts in the woods and wading in the streams; this place is a child’s dream. I didn’t realize then that it is also an adult’s dream.
In 1993 I left Mt. Gretna to attend University of Colorado, where I earned a BS in Architectural Engineering. I focused on commercial building construction. It was when I was living in Colorado, that I really appreciated my hometown and decided to move back home and work in the building construction industry.
I am currently a project manager with local firm, Arthur Funk & Sons. I manage several million-dollar projects ranging from medical, religious, and commercial facilities to retirement communities. This business is challenging and requires attention to detail, an understanding of budgets and contracts, negotiation skills, and the importance keeping up with demanding schedules.
Early in my career, however, I wanted to share with others just how special Mt. Gretna is and what better way to do this than to enter the Real Estate field. In 2003 I obtained my Real Estate license. Since that time I have helped my clients with many types of Real Estate transactions. Coupled with my construction knowledge, I have many resources that can help my clients assess, inspect or repair properties. I’m focused on details, without overlooking the big picture and the needs and goals of my customers.
Both professions have expanded my service area outside of Mt. Gretna, where I’ve had many Real Estate transactions in Lebanon, Lancaster, and Dauphin Counties.
I currently live in Mt. Gretna with my husband. With him, I have 2 daughters, 3 stepdaughters, 1 dog and 1 cat. When I’m not working, I keep busy with our kids’ activities, which include performing arts and sports. I enjoy reading, walking, hiking on our many trails, spending time with my friends and dining out.
I would be happy to assist you with your real estate needs. And if you are not in the market just yet but want to learn more about our community and surrounding area, feel free to call me. I love selling our town!

Kristine Warner

Kristine owns Penn Realty LTD with Frank, and loves to help gut, renovate, design, and decorate the cottages she owns. If there’s funky wallpaper, bright colors, or a jungle motif…it’s probably her cottage!

Kristine grew up in Hummelstown, and loved going to Gretna Theatre with her family as a kid.  There’s nothing better than the Apple Fritter Sundae at the Jigger Shop when it’s in season. When she’s in Gretna, you can find Kristine with her family at the free Tabernacle concerts, having lunch at Porch & Pantry or a beer at The Hideaway.
