KITCHEN & DINING:
Modern kitchen with granite counter tops, recessed lighting, extra-large sink under bright window and stainless-steel appliances – gas (propane) stove/oven, refrigerator with ice and water dispenser, dishwasher, coffee grinder, Keurig & Mr. Coffee coffee machines, microwave, toaster, griddle, waffle iron, blender, crock pots, mini food chopper, rolling pin, pantry items, etc. Fully stocked with dish sets, silverware, pots and pans, mixing bowls, pitchers, cups, wine glasses, mugs – everything needed to prepare meals. Exterior door to patio with large gas grill/BBQ.

Open dining room off the kitchen and living room with a large table under chandelier lighting for everyone to eat together. This cottage features a bonus, beautifully decorated and screened-in dining area outside with stunning views of the Lake too!

LIVING AREA:
Bright living room provides a comfortable place for family to gather with a soft leather couch and loveseat, additional oversized chairs and rocking chair. Watch movies on the large, flat-screen Smart TV with DVD player, or curl up in front of the stone fireplace. Board games, toys, and books for children too! A double set of French doors lead directly onto the porch. Additional door leads to outdoor dining room.

FREE WIFI

FIREPLACE / WOODSTOVE – Available from October through April, please enjoy the indoor, gas log fireplace located in the living room of the cottage.

FREE PARKING! Two (2) off-street parking spaces and two (2) on-street parking permits provided. Please note, on-street parking by permit only. Any violation subject to penalty by fine/ticket issued by Cornwall Borough Police.

3-night minimum. 10% discount for stays 7 nights

Absolutely no smoking or campfires. All open flame outdoor burning is prohibited except in an approved grill for purposes of cooking.

Charging of battery electric vehicles (BEVs) or plug-in hybrid electric vehicles (PHEVs) at the cottage is not allowed.

MOUNT GRETNA LAKE & BEACH:
Eight miles of beach and mountain stream-fed lake featuring swimming with floating docks, over-water swings, kayak, canoe, tube & beach chair rentals, play area and snack bar. Beach access not included with cottage rental. The Lake is a popular attraction and has a daily capacity limit. To ensure access during your stay, purchase tickets in advance.

MINIMUM RENTAL AGE:
Penn Realty requires the primary renter to be at least 25 years old at the time of the stay.

QUIET HOURS:
Quiet Hours of 10 PM to 7 AM (Monday – Thursday), and 11 PM to 7 AM (Friday and Saturday) strictly enforced. All of Sunday is a “quiet day.”
