Bright kitchen completely updated with quartz countertops and cherry wood cabinetry, an oversized double sink, stainless-steel stove/oven with over the range microwave, extra-large refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, Nespresso and 12-cup coffee machines, dish sets, silverware, pots and pans, cookware, etc. Opens into DINING ROOM with circular table under chandelier lighting and built-in corner China cabinet. This cottage has an additional porch with an outdoor dining area too!

Clean and cozy living room facing Mount Gretna Lake has brand new comfortable furniture surrounding a gas fireplace with brick mantle. Direct access to a screened-in porch with outdoor dining & sitting area and a double set of doors lead to the oversized SUNROOM with plush seating and a large, flatscreen Smart TV. Extra-large windows in both rooms provide unparalleled views of the lake!

FIREPLACE / WOODSTOVE – Guests are welcome to use the gas fireplace in the living room of the cottage.
FREE PARKING! Two (2) off-street parking spaces and two (2) on-street parking permits provided. Please note, on-street parking by permit only. Any violation subject to penalty by fine/ticket issued by Cornwall Borough Police.

Absolutely no smoking or campfires. All open flame outdoor burning is prohibited except in an approved grill for purposes of cooking.

MOUNT GRETNA LAKE & BEACH:
Eight miles of beach and mountain stream-fed lake featuring swimming with floating docks, over-water swings, kayak, canoe, tube & beach chair rentals, play area and snack bar. Beach access not included with cottage rental. The Lake is a popular attraction and has a daily capacity limit. To ensure access during your stay, purchase tickets in advance.

QUIET HOURS:
Quiet Hours of 10 PM to 7 AM (Monday – Thursday), and 11 PM to 7 AM (Friday and Saturday) strictly enforced. All of Sunday is a “quiet day.”
