Large, bright kitchen with updated appliances: stainless-steel refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, stove & oven, microwave, toaster oven, 12-cup coffee machine and fully stocked with dish sets, pots and pans, silverware, cups, mugs, cooking utensils, and pantry items – everything needed to prepare meals at the cottage.
Separate dining room off the kitchen and living room with a large table under chandelier lighting for everyone to eat together.
LIVING AREA:
Comfortable living room has a couch with double size sofa bed (for additional sleeping space) and plenty of comfortable seating. Watch movies on the TV with DVD player. Direct access to porch.
Additional room to spread out in the separate den complete with foosball table!

FREE PARKING! Two (2) off-street parking spaces. Please note, on-street parking by permit only. Any violation subject to penalty by fine/ticket issued by Cornwall Borough Police.

Absolutely no smoking or campfires. All open flame outdoor burning is prohibited except in an approved grill for purposes of cooking.

Eight miles of beach and mountain stream-fed lake featuring swimming with floating docks, over-water swings, kayak, canoe, tube & beach chair rentals, play area and snack bar. Beach access not included with cottage rental. The Lake is a popular attraction and has a daily capacity limit. To ensure access during your stay, purchase tickets in advance.

Quiet Hours of 10 PM to 7 AM (Monday – Thursday), and 11 PM to 7 AM (Friday and Saturday) strictly enforced. All of Sunday is a “quiet day.”
