Big, bright kitchen with large double sink surrounded by windows, refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, stove/oven and over the range microwave, toaster, 12-cup coffee machine and fully stocked with dish sets, pots and pans, silverware, cups, mugs, cooking utensils, and pantry items – everything needed to prepare meals at the cottage.
Separate dining room overlooks the kitchen with a breakfast bar with stool seat, large table for everyone to eat together, small seating area by bay window, and direct access to wrap around porch.
LIVING AREA:
Plenty of comfortable seating for everyone to gather around the electric fireplace or watch a movie on the flat-screen TV. Lots of board games for the family! Direct access to porch.

FIREPLACE / WOODSTOVE – Available from October through April, please enjoy the indoor electric fireplace in the living room.
FREE PARKING! Two (2) off-street parking spaces and two (2) on-street parking permits provided. Please note, on-street parking by permit only. Any violation subject to penalty by fine/ticket issued by Cornwall Borough Police.

Eight miles of beach and mountain stream-fed lake featuring swimming with floating docks, over-water swings, kayak, canoe, tube & beach chair rentals, play area and snack bar. Beach access not included with cottage rental. The Lake is a popular attraction and has a daily capacity limit. To ensure access during your stay, purchase tickets in advance.

Quiet Hours of 10 PM to 7 AM (Monday – Thursday), and 11 PM to 7 AM (Friday and Saturday) strictly enforced. All of Sunday is a “quiet day.”
