A modern, stainless steel mini refrigerator and freezer provide ample space for grocery items. Opens into bright dining area with huge window, gas stove, and dining table under chandelier with room for four to sit together. Exterior access through back door.

Eight miles of beach and mountain stream-fed lake featuring swimming with floating docks, over-water swings, kayak, canoe, tube & beach chair rentals, play area and snack bar. Beach access not included with cottage rental. The Lake is a popular attraction and has a daily capacity limit. To ensure access during your stay, purchase tickets in advance.

Penn Realty requires the primary renter to be at least 25 years old at the time of the stay.
QUIET HOURS:
Quiet Hours of 10 PM to 7 AM (Monday – Thursday), and 11 PM to 7 AM (Friday and Saturday) strictly enforced. All of Sunday is a “quiet day.”
