KITCHEN & DINING:
Well-equipped kitchen with counter seating, extra-large double sink under bright window, extra-large refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, flat-top stove & oven with over the range microwave, and toaster oven. 12-cup coffee machine, and fully stocked with dish sets, pots and pans, silverware, mixing bowls, cups, mugs, cutting board, cooking utensils, blender, and pantry items – what you need to prepare meals at the cottage. Open dining room off the kitchen and living room with a large table for everyone to eat together. This cottage features an outdoor dining table for four on the porch too!

LIVING AREA:
Comfortable place to gather with a large couch, loveseat, and reclining chair. Watch your favorite shows as usual with streaming services on the large, flat-screen Smart TV or curl up in front of the electric fireplace. Board games too! Direct access to wrap around porch.

FREE WIFI

FIREPLACE / WOODSTOVE – Guests are welcome to use the electric fireplace in the living room of the cottage.

3-night minimum. 10% discount for stays 7 nights or longer!

FREE PARKING! One (1) off-street parking spaces and two (2) on-street parking permits provided. Please note, on-street parking by permit only. Any violation subject to penalty by fine/ticket issued by Cornwall Borough Police.

Absolutely no smoking or campfires. All open flame outdoor burning is prohibited except in an approved grill for purposes of cooking.

Charging of battery electric vehicles (BEVs) or plug-in hybrid electric vehicles (PHEVs) at the cottage is not allowed.

MOUNT GRETNA LAKE & BEACH:
Eight miles of beach and mountain stream-fed lake featuring swimming with floating docks, over-water swings, kayak, canoe, tube & beach chair rentals, play area and snack bar. Beach access not included with cottage rental. The Lake is a popular attraction and has a daily capacity limit. To ensure access during your stay, purchase tickets in advance.

MINIMUM RENTAL AGE:
Penn Realty requires the primary renter to be at least 25 years old at the time of the stay.

QUIET HOURS:
Quiet Hours of 10 PM to 7 AM (Monday – Thursday), and 11 PM to 7 AM (Friday and Saturday) strictly enforced. All of Sunday is a “quiet day.”
